A fair refund policy.
Bad refund policies can drive you crazy. You feel like the company is just trying to rip you off. We never want our customers to feel that way, so our refund policy is simple: If you’re ever unhappy with WPA, for any reason, just drop us an email at email@example.com and we will examine your claim and work with you to settle it. Since we don’t work with automated credit-card withdrawals we cannot really think of an example where you don’t have ample time to cancel the WPA service, but one never knows.
