In 2018 Superlab, one of our partners approached us to see how our behavioral workforce data could not only provide outcomes to help design future work environments but how Artificial Intelligence could even take it one step further. What if traditional ways of design work environments were replaced with AI learning basic principles on how people want to be supported in terms of collaboration, light, concentration, and community? What if a computer can try 10.000 variations of design and compare them till the best option comes on top? Processes that are now unheard in terms of time and money. This project is the start of automating further the work of analyzing the many complex patterns in organizations. And use this to generate different configurations of the work environment depending on the business goals or other specific characteristics.
